Bird’s Nest Hotel, Sweden

Bird's Nest Tree Hotel

The Bird’s Nest at Treehotel offers a unique stay in the treetops, blending seamlessly with nature as its exterior mimics a giant bird’s nest, providing guests with an immersive, introspective escape. Designed by renowned architect Bertil Harström, who drew inspiration from a child’s view of nature, the Bird’s Nest accommodates up to four people, with one double bed and two singles. Built with eco-conscious materials and usable year-round, this treeroom is both innovative and environmentally friendly. Accessible by ladder for those seeking adventure, it includes an incineration toilet and a water dispenser, with larger luggage stored nearby. Built in 2010 by Hugos Trä and illuminated by Atelje Lyktan, this cozy haven in Harads, Sweden, encourages a deeper connection with the forest.
