In a luxury condo in Surfside, Miami, a rare $1.5 million Pagani Zonda R has been installed as a statement piece between the living room and master bedroom. The car’s owner, an auto enthusiast, commissioned design firm Artefacto to suspend the vehicle inside the unit, viewing it as art on par with high-end paintings. The Zonda, one of only 15 in existence, was brought in via a crane, its 800-pound frame supported by custom beams from Pagani. The unique installation required removing impact windows and molding. With its undercarriage visible from the bedroom and roof from the living room, the condo’s decor was carefully chosen to complement the car, creating a one-of-a-kind space where automotive passion meets high design.
